Bought my first fruit machine from ebay, everything seemed fine. Was a cash on collection but seller said they could arrange a courier. Machine arrives, everything seems ok, I wheel it inside and plug it in.

First thing that happened was error 10-70, something about a coin mech. so I opened the door and looked to see if there was anything knocked loose during transport.
Decided to google what the coin mech looked like and where it went. It was missing.
Ok, I thought. There was this little box called a Cashflow Serial Converter in the coin box but I couldnt see where that went..
I turned it on again and now the PSU is crackling.....
Guess who the seller was....... Mr Steve Pagett
Googled his name and here I am.
Any help guys, either getting this thing working or advice on how to deal with ebay?
