Hi guys, i was recently given a barcrest pacman power up MPU6, i belive it used to have an NV10 note acceptor fitted but the previous owner took it out and could no longer get the machine to work due to alarm code C16 SERIAL NOTE MECH MISSING. Does anyone know if there is a way i can tell the machine it no longer has the note acceptor fitted.

Thanks in advance

Enter test and go to BNV key and set it to 6 zero's.

What Fruitsnappa said should work - failing that, there may be a set of dip switches inside the machine (maybe two sets of dip switches). One will be "Note acceptor on / off". If the above advice doesn't work, come back and we'll try to work out which dip switch you need to set to off (zero).

Hello all I wonder if you can help me

I have the same problem as Lee12 but I have a JPM "all around the world" machine but the coin validator is missing

Does anyone know the easy way round it or what unit it takes to replace it

The note validator is an "ITL NV10" if that is any help

I moved 1 of the dip switches and the alarm stopped and all seems to work but I cant get credit on it

It doesn't have to take money its just a toy for the man cave

Thanks for your help

Marcus
