You burn the ROM entry files to the actual Eproms. You can check the file sizes match the Eprom size, no editing needed

hi all trying to get roms for cops robbers to reflash a real fruity i can see te sound rom in the emulation game folder but how can i get program rom from it

That's in the game folder too. To see what the game roms are, open the .gam file with notepad and look for the ROM entries which specify the game ROM names.
