Just got this message today again......second time its happened and don't know why. Can anyone help?

Try again now. I've increased the number of downloads you can start at the same time.

Also ensure you aren't using any kind of download manager. These open multiple connections to the same file and then don't disconnect properly so the site thinks you are still downloading.
