hi i have an acer aspire one D270 just today and after i did the usual start up and registration it told me to reboot now it wont come on at all and sometimes says unexpected I/O error 0xc00000e9 then wont do anything so i tried to restore it as its brand new out the box and hasnt had anything installed on to it at all yet .

i get on to recovery manager and it starts but then says there is insufficient space on the disk for the temporary files required for this operation and then i get rebooted to startup

the only other info i get is another code 0xc000000f and then the boot selection failed because a required device inaccessible.

 

can anyone shed any light on this please?

 

also it says on the eRecovery managment (V8.3.2) :

hard drive name: TOSHIBA MK3259GSXP ATA DEVICE

partition label:

partition size: 285.0 GB.

 

The hard drive size is 320 GB HDD so im not sure why it says not enough disk space for the temp files required for operation

i have a LG kp500 cookie and was told recently i could get downloadable ereader software like something similar to kindle so i could read ebooks on my phone im not sure how correct this is but if anyone knows anything about this i would be grateful for your info as i wouldnt know how to install it on the phone or how to use it.
I have seen some software but not sure how it works.

hiya does anybody know how i can find out what graphics card is in a desktop pc if its not properly installed with a driver
my friend has just got an desktop pc from another friend who has taken the hard drive out so after fitting a new one and installing windows xp ( as this was the os previously on it ) the driver for the graphics card is difficult to find as im not sure which card it is i am pretty sure its a radeon of some kind
anyway was just wanting to know if there is some way to find out which one it is

hiya all
having a big problem with my acer aspire 5733
its only 2 months old and i used it yesterday with no problems and shut it down as normal only today i go to turn it on and it wont boot at all.
it turns on and the fan kicks in but then i hear a click noise from inside where the hard drive is
then it either turns off completly or continues to run but nothing happens just a blank screen
i havent dropped or damaged it at all and i havent installed any new software or hardware and i have mcafee running on it so i dont think its a virus.
does anyone know what the problem might be as i dont know why it would be a hdd problem as its only 2 month old and it hasnt been used alot
pls help thanks
