Been trying to get these going which I have, the ROM set had four hi lo parts within would two of these be for the top box as I can't seam to find any separate rom sets for the top box.
So far as said it's running but counts down 100seconds prior to starting.
You can also have upto 32 slaves per machine lol.

It's set on £5/25 jp, still not found the £70 version yet.

Not had time to properly look into this, but the first set of roms with the door open let you choose £70 option?

 

The machine tries to look for 6 reels, are you sure it has a topbox? Or are they just linked?

 

Also the counting down from 100 is it trying to connect to its 'topbox' or the other units, if it counts all the way down, its failed to connect to it

MFME still doesn't support Scorp5 games with top boxes

 

I'm assuming this is Scorp5.  Apologies if not.

The roms I loaded look like they are for a different machine. The community type machine. Perhaps that's what roms you are loading? If it was a scorpion 4 I don't think it would countdown instead it would load but say busy when trying to activate the top feature?

Right fuzion you're correct it was scorp5 ROMs saying that it's still playable but without the top box, wonder if these will be playable in the next mfme update?

If someone can tell me how the units are connected together ie which ports they use or additional expansion cards etc I can take a look, last time I looked I couldn't see any signs of comms activity
