Cant get that going mate, tried for about 10 mins.

I had a barcrest video based machine (deal em 2000), which used its own type of video card, maybe this one is the same.

I believe the German BWB games used a different way to protect their games, there is another one that has the same issue.

I'll have a look when I get some free time.

Could that be a missing chr error?

It is Alth.   I've tried a lot of the German ones, there is a German version Miami Dice, I had to go to an online to get a translation.

I have a miami dice in the office here - same tech as Mississippi Gambler. I actually know the programmer of those games - any help?

spiderman - do you have any other games?

I was the programmer of many games for fungames for Germany (Sinbad 2000, Monopoly, Brix, Cashanova, Broker Street, Win-A-Gain). I don't have ROM files for these machines anymore, sadly.

The BWB version of Miami Dice, I created a DX layout for this that runs in mfme.

It runs the very early V5 software, didn't see many units running this software for sure.

I loved these BWB videos from this era.   Monte Carlo, Reno, Gold Rush, we have early software for most of these except Monte Carlo.  So playable.

Yes very good games. BWB used to do some amazing stuff with their games, they were all written in assembler unlike Barcrest who used Forth.

We have access for a fairly large archive of roms, we definitely have a few of those German games in there.

Nile Jewels! I loved that game - it had great music. Kind of similar to Crown Jewels.

I remember visiting Merkur Spielotheks in Krefeld and many other places to play these games. Our Sinbad 2000 was also very successful. I would like to see this game emulated some day.

Do you have a list of the German MPU4 video based games you need roms for?

Definitely have the Miami Dice full set of roms, they have the graphics roms and then these all need MPU4 side roms too.

Will take a look later this evening when I'm finished at work ;)
