Evening All,

Following on from No1Stoney's, Uptown's, Andy2003's and others who have built their own fruity I have had a pop too.  Here is what I have done so far: -

https://www.youtube....h?v=QxjM5Prz4nk

This is based on a  Barcrest Elvis Sitdown cabinet which I picked up for £19 (well it was £20 but I found a pound coin inside it when I was taking it apart!).

I am going to leave this as simply a single poker machine, BWB Red Hot Poker is one of my all times favourite games.  It will take coins and pay out coins but so far, all I have done is what you see, made Big Red Poker full screen, it has a touch screen so that I can select the holds without having to use the buttons and it takes new and old £1 coins!

There is still loads to do but not too shabby!

A massive thanks to No1Stoney and Uptown for their help and patience in getting this far.  Appreciate it guys!

Any input or comments are welcome.

Great use of a cab and it takes coins. Shame the dx buttons are still there can you make a fresh set of buttons within the cab.
And how does this payout being as the dx is £6 tokens?
The more I do today, The less I do tomorrow.
Fme is alive and screaming into the 21st century!
Enjoy FME and Happy Gaming!!!!

Thanks for the comments,

I can change the buttons, being lazy/busy, hadn't got round to it yet, the roms that I have are the £6 all cash ones.

The payouts are not ready yet nor is the pacdrive for lighting but I am sure I will get round to it!

There are a few posts kicking about regarding this. I'm just in the middle of a build at the moment and i'm planning on making a video to quickly talk about it when it's finished. (I'm no expert, by the way, I've just learnt from the others on this forum).

Andy has done a brilliant machine by using an existing cabinet and then modifying it. Or you can look at this thread - http://www.fruit-emu...e-4#entry306028which shows a cabinet being knocked together out of 18mm plywood. Or Reg and No1Stoney have both made great machines too with working lights/buttons etc.

Good luck hope you have a go at it :-)
