Another rarely seen machine from Bellfruit, Wok 'N' Roll! (No, not the Bank Job/Quids in America clone). Used a couple of custom fonts alongside the usual MFME/Lithograph, install them if you want the full effect.
 
Shortcuts in the layout notes, and as usual any problems then let me know, not any that i'm aware of.
