^ only one man knows, and with programming theres a lot to it, for example one thing could be fixed or added and it could affect other things and that needs to be fixed.
Just be happy with what you got for now, i am :)
Thanks Wizard :)

I'm not having any issues with my new Win 10 lappy ATM with MFME 5.1, even on S5 tech! Yes it can be slow and Bar-x Extreme takes 2 mins to initialise, but hey, it's a big machine with a hell of a lot going on with it with the top feature in Extreme mode and the non-working community features. I'll be checking the site and use MFME 5.1 until 5.2 comes along. Thanks Wizard for all MFME 5 releases, you done an amazing job! And I, especially, am so glad that electrocoin's bar-X and big 7 are working fine, also at the right speed, sound can be stuttery but all works. What would be nice is as a suggestion is to add the coin in, coin out and reel motors in electrocoin tech to sound. If it can't be done it can't be done. Also, i'd like to see the sounds added in hopefully all techs like MPU3/4/5, Epoch and Scorpion techs. This may be MFME 5.9, but I really am not bothered what version I use, I'm patient, I can wait, and I hope you find my reply interesting. All thanks and 3 cheers for Wizard, the MFME creater!

Cashbox1 and Partytime are right Wzard, MFME has kept me off real machines, and I even set myself a time limit as they're so addictive. Big up to you mate. Next time I'm in a pub watching the footie I'll have half a glass of beer and raise it for you! Keep up the good work man!

My story at least some of you older people will know.

I used to be addicted to Fruit Machines to the point once of putting in a months wages the day I got paid ( Pharoahs Gold ).  I spent way too much money on Club Monopoly and the addication got even worse the day I jackpotted three club machines in the snooker hall in one day.  I was invincible... yeah, right.

FRUIT.EXE ( aka MFME.EXE ) taught me that these machines are f***ers.  I learnt that they are the only real winner and can confidientaly say that since having the emulator, I have won £10K plus over the years in real cash...

...thanks to emulation...

...the question is how did this happen.  I simply stopped playing the fruit machines when I really got to understand them and the addication ended up broken.  The £10K plus, is real money that I never lost in the slots thanks to this small .EXE file and layouts, broke my addiction.

For that, I can never thank Wizard or FRUIT.EXE ( aka MFME.EXE ) enough.

i think we're all in the same boat here Reg i was a compulsive gambler, still am in a way only last night i was up till 1.30 gambling online, luckily i came off over £200 up i got a wild line on joker pro the center one that pays x1000 your bet shame i was only on 20p but still £200 notes. But when i create layouts i don,t get the urge to gamble i suppose even though its related my minds on something else.

three cheers for wizard hip horray!!! shame the emulator wasn,t out in the early 90's maybe i'd have over 100k in savings by now or maybe i'd of found another vice to waste my hard earned wages on

You just need to find an alternative addiction.   It's way too easy to gamble online.

Everyone has their thing, just some are more destructive.

Why couldn't I be addicted to knitting?

If you are, you must join up with Knitting Anonymous UK.

They have helped many people break the knitting thing by exchanging dark patterns on ther internet with stiches that get more and more complicated to the point of the knitting needles simply break because they cannot cope.  Once this level of failure to knit has been achieved, they take the broken needles away and you are allowed to do tapestry knitting with the pictures slowing reducing in colours from several to a single colour.  Having submitted several larger tapestry patterns of a single colour, you will never want to knit again.

You will need a new addiction...

I too remember being far too interested in fruit machines for my own good. I used to buy every drink with a note and then excitedly stick the change in the fruity. I'd burn through a lot of money that way (and I only earned £270 a month at that point).

I did occasionally win the jackpot (£100) on our NAAFI machine but would always stick it all back in and more over the next day or two.

If I had all the money back I'd spent on gambling, drink and women, I'd be a right miserable rich b...ard :) :) :)

By the way, do we know what's coming in 5.2? Has Wizard released any hints of what to expect?
