Mpu5 coin dump not working

I've got this mpu5 fruity, the hopper is working OK, it's reading in has £70 more in it I guess where previous owner emptied it out by hand.
When I push the button in the cash box area it does not make the noise or register you want to empty it. Refill key and door switches work ok. There's two connector blocks on the switch in question but spades for 3 if that helps...any ideas? I'm fairly new to fruitys
