File Name: Super Each Way Shuffle DX

File Submitter: ploggy

File Submitted: 08 Jan 2017

File Category: SRU

Here's a DX for my very first SRU machine emulated on MFME, which is called Super Each Way Shuffle.  One of the all-time classic JPM nudgers from the early eighties.  This is the red, 'Super' version, which is set to £2/10p.  The original version of this was the blue, £1/5p version.

Massive thanks for this goes out to the following people:

Decaff:  For reel images.
Jonno:  For roms, and also testing work.
JPMStu:  For pictures.
SteveP:  For advice, and testing work.
superbank:  For testing work.
Wizard:  For MFME, and SRU emulation. :)

Shortcuts are as follows:

Cancel/Gamble - ` or G
Nudge Up - N or U
Hold/Nudge 1 - 1
Hold/Nudge 2 - 2
Hold/Nudge 3 - 3
Start/Collect - Space or C
Shuffle - S
Feature Stop - F
10p Cash Insert - 0
10p Token Insert - 9
50p Cash Insert - 8

Enjoy!

Thanks for this, always get a buzz from first layout on a new tech. Where does SRU go on the Jpm tech timeline?

SRU was JPM's tech just before System80, mate.  Late 70's, early 80's. :)

all fine in mfme5.1 this end one thing the coin slots only put up one credit at a time regardless of shortcut or buttons used apart from that  great dx as usual

also not knowing this machine due to age i take it the nudges don,t lit the hold buttons on the feature nor does the collect light the start or gamble light the cancel

Everything with the machine is working as normal.  The machine giving 4x10p change, plus one credit, when you put 50p in might be confusing you.  The Lite A Nudge DX that I've completed gives all change when you've put in 50p.  It's how the machine were back in the day.

It looks like this has issues on MFME5.  So make sure you use MFME5.1 for this chaps.  Otherwise, you'll have problems inserting coins. :)

yes because the "non alarming" coin inputs we only added in v5.1 !

Warning: This post is mostly my own opinions and may contain irony, if you are obsessed with PAST history you may want to ignore it.
