Like the price of Gold, the price of machines, parts etc, can fluctuate, so your only realistic way of knowing what a good price is, is to check auction sites, places like Preloved, Google etc (Previous sales of the same / similar items is generally give you a good idea what something is worth), and NOT to take anyone's word as gospel on price.
 

Strictly speaking, in the UK, you need a licence to sell a machine, being it one of the £25 2 machines jobbies, or a full commercial licence..... however it's up to you if you choose to get a licence or not.
