Didn't actually start a forthcoming topic for this on here but started this via mfme9.4 then along came wizard with his wonderful newer mfme and showed me how to add the dot matrix for this.

Anyways finally got my boney arse into finding the final  (well almost ) lamps so here's the classic side of things 99% complete and the artwork for the dx, still got to make the reel symbols etc. probs leave the dice as spots instead of actual ten sided stars

As for the firework lights above the big shot decals i'm still not sure they're actually lit.

Vec, I don't mean any offense by this, and it's purely your choice as you are the designer, but if there is any chance of making firecracker bigger than a 1024dx that would be nice - but please don't be offended by me mentioning this.

No probs mort my lappy will now do as standard a shade under the usual 1280 as when I play 1280's i now only miss or missed the very bottom of a layout,I think 1160 lol.
But I think I could make the layout any size I'd just have to use the scroll function, if not what do my layout's actually look like now with the full screen? Are they as clear or do they look blurry?
Anyways we'll see how I get on with the newer tools first, probs been asked already but is there any way in edit mode to select a lamp by just clicking on it, cause at the moment every time I select a lamp I'm clicking properties first? A bit annoying. Then there's the reels to add etc all of which appears different than the old mfme?
Expect a load of questions from me lol.

Thanks Vec, I can appreciate the quality of your DX's, but when they scale up on my 1440p screen they do look a bit rough, which is a shame, because your lamping work is really good. But then as a designer it is up to you and totally you on what you release for free to the community. If I want something to suit me then really I should get off my arse and design it myself. It's good to hear you can go for a slightly higher resolution now though.

I can't really help on the editing side yet because I'm just learning the tools myself now, but when I release my first DX on v5 then I should be able to answer some questions etc.

As you already may have seen via the mecca or may not this layout is gonna be a biggy in my terms, a first for me to actually produce a 1600+ wdx on a 17" laptop actual size 1000H x 1677W . Its a bit of a learning curve to adjust to the new tools in mfme5 but i'm very slowly getting there lol.

this is how much i used to see on my screen before mfme5
