can,t do that as there will be two different versions, one for mfme9.4 one for mfme5. if i update the old mfme9.4 version with this one then the "new" download wouldn,t work in mfme9.4

i hope i've added or deleted the files correctly  per file

Could always add that the second file is only playable in mfme v5 in the new files description no?

Uhhh yes as they in my opinion are better quality graphic wise and actually if you bother reading the listing there's only money to burn which was available in a 1600 format, big nite out was originally jpmemu and star prize was in classic form but none the less they're or were new to mfmeso get your facts correct!

With the mfmev5 updates do we still need the old mfme9.4/10.1 versions any longer?   Can't the uploads overwrite the old versions in the download section?

Thanks for the updated versions.

Please don't upload attached ZIP files all over the place.

Just update the original download.

One of the mods or myself should be able to then move the download into the new MFME section, as long as we know.

Problem solved, neatness and order will ensue.

People with XP, will still need the other versions for now at least.

In general, I'm keeping all my versions of mfme, just in case something is broken in v5 anyway.

In that case the new versions all need new release uploads in the MFME 5 downloads section.

So is it fine for me to upload my updated layout's in the usual manner but place them in the mfme5 section.
I'll only do this to the ones I find that are currently un-runnable as in doors now closed or Metres now working or corrected door switches.
I just didn't want to flood the new release section with my crap lol.

As far as I understand, the new emulator will be updated so that all old layouts will work. Could we wait that long instead? It's not like people don't have much else to play at the moment...

No the changes will only affect reel settings when upgrading from a .dat, other layout errors, door switch issues, hopper setting issues, coin button issues will not be fixed.

Warning: This post is mostly my own opinions and may contain irony, if you are obsessed with PAST history you may want to ignore it.

Thank you for clarifying.

So it does sound like any layouts that creators have fixed for Version 5 should be uploaded as new files, to the new section, and the old ones kept for as long as they are needed for those who only have XP.
