Hey Guys. 

Been working on this tonight as cash flow i cannot find sound roms for and pick yer pesos has funny crackly sound roms.

So this one seems to work A1.

 

Been busy and yes, i know i'm terrible at Dx's however i was getting a little bored of simpsons and thought id try a dabble with the layout creation.

 

Anyway im just doing the reels, so if anyone has the reel symbols or bands for this you would make my day.

Photo based dx, doesn't make any difference what it looks like to me. Your still playing the game you download. I have never understood why some people wont make a layout unless the have super high res artwork! Good to see people making an effort for the emu, just wished I could get it running.

Same here Tommy any artwork\layout is better than nowt, I've had some terrible art and photo's but made a semi good layout with them
same as you Tommy if only I could play what I see

Photo DX's are my favourite to be honest but I'd rather play a classic than play a really bad DX built with sub standard artwork personally.  I don't class this photo DX as bad source art at all.  Looks excellent and look forward to having a go...  hope we have the good early rom

there is 1.1 or 2.1...which is better. im using 2.1 at moment

Cheers For that High Res Flyer Ross.. Ive used the existing lamp layout to create another layout, but this time i think it looks a bit nicer.

I had a little dabble with Amber2 at work using the Casino Crazy layout and jamming in my Roller Coaster artwork.  Amber2 is very impressive, sure the GUI is a little rough round the edges - it is a pre-release after all -  under the hood the amount of options with lamps and just how easy it is to manipulate the lamping areas is just excellent.  The mock layout I played around with looked superb.  The only thing I couldn't work out is how to change the way the lamps strobe, the lamps looked almost too flicker, maybe this is a set thing based on the Impact hardware, not too sure.  But man layouts are going to look terrific once people get into it, hopefully when Guitar releases an update with finished layout creation tools
