We need to gather resources whilst they are there, they wont be there forever.

 

Dave P has always been kind to me in letting me photo his machines in his arcade but I haven't been able to get down there in a few years. Someone else must live close by, in the first instance he has around 100 machines that could be done, and some like Omega, or Screen Play have never been done in a DX. (Again Screen Play, if I emulated it tomorrow, I bet we don't have hi quality art). We really need a System85 machine, We have a flyer for 1 machine and it's not a brilliant flyer either.

Yeah.  It's now...or never time for most of the really old stuff.      

 

Omega is still missing sound roms, so that's why that hasn't been done.  So we would need a dump of those, if possible.  But Screenplay does have quality art available, mate.  I stitched up some glass scans Leeham sent me, years ago.  They're in the download section over at the Mecca.  The reel bands should be there as well.

 

EDITED TO ADD:  Just noticed that the auction for Title Shot has finished.  Went for £25 as well!  Did anyone in FME-land win it?

I had a Bucks Bunny machine on Sc4 a couple of years ago. Should have band scans and glass pics somewhere.

Just checked and the above cash falls Machine is indeed epoch tech, so if anyone lives nearby Torquay could be a good one n cheap, and there's Roms on the 'coolroms site.

Cash falls is a pretty decent game. Played a bit like cash is king from what I remember.

I have cash falls in my garage, although the cabinet has been broken into and it doesn't work, the artwork is good, and it has 3 lots of decals.

 

I've got around 25 machines stored away for when they are emulatable. Most don't work, apart from my JPM collection. But were bought solely for emu purposes.

You just have a large garage like spa lol, at a push I could fit two in my tin shed but it leaks lol. Would love a £4/6 jp machine my all time favourites cash counter and topstop. I see Mr ps flogging his Manhattan skylines @£160 so far looks mint though.
As for the links I'll keep linking if I see cheap stuff and again if images are good enough I'll shove em in my galley file!

ady it would be easyier to offer mr ps dave a small amount of cash from the resourses pot i.e 25 quid to get somebody access to what we need as he will have every decal set known to man with plenty of flyers i bet 

 

but it would better to offer him a bit of cash of some sort as he does run a 2 arcade and plus hes given a lot away for nothing all ready

If it (cheeky devil) was closer I would have had a shot at it.

 

The machine can be couriered but it's in an outbuilding at the bottom of the garden or something and the seller is not prepared to get it out. Can't see the courier doing that

I may have cause to travel to Bedford in the near future unfortunately, and I still have a van. If I have time I will try to make enquiries.

I don't have anywhere to store any machines long term.

I would happily buy it. It's just getting it. I will keep an eye, may go get it if it stays at a reasonable price.
