I suspect it may have resulted from an episode of mental illness. I can't find any other explanation for the time and effort that went into it.

It looks awful but if we could read all the writing in the top right corner there is probably some form of explanation of the game.

 

Also the fact its on free play suggests this was just someones project ... no idea. I doubt it actually plays like a fruity. More like an arcade machine as there is a "high score" meter.
