Hello all,

I am hoping one of you great lot can help me out.

I have just brought a Max A Million Fruit Machine I brought this as spares or repairs knowing that there is an error fault mainly because i enjoy this machine.

Please See attached pictures-

I will try to explain the best i can .

The machine boots up perfectly fine does the usual initialising etc, Starts up with all lights allows you to insert coins however after approx 1 minute the machine then comes up with System error 90 CM Meter 5A.

As you can see in photo upon boot up and you then allow the machine to do the attract demonstration etc the bank meter always goes up to 57.50 and then comes up with the error. i dont know if this is just a co-incidence or whether it is linked?

Any help would be much much appreciated!

many Thanks

Andy

Its either battery damage on the board or the meters are disconected or knackered

After closely looking at the board, there is a very tiny bit of battery damage near to the battery so i suppose this is probably the problem!, Do you know what boards these machines take so i can try to source a replacement ?

Thanks

Yes that will be the case if the tech is unique to them. I've never seen one that I can remember.

Thanks Guys, Do you know if theres any companies out there that can repair boards at all if i send it off?

Also can you suggest anything else that could be causing the fault so i can have a look ( worth a try )

Yesterday it let me play it for around a minute with no problems and then the alarm triggered.

Thanks

I would try replacement meter first as they are cheap and have solved similar problems for me in the past. No reason they just give up and send error back to mb
