Sounds like something to do with the lamps/matrix.

I know it's a lamp/matrix error but how do I repair the fault or solve the problem any help we will great thinks

ive tryed and failed with this one and just ended up getting another board
it could be atransistor for the lamps it could be atransistor connected to that transistor it could be aresistor connected to atransistor to the lamps
