I had my suspicions Guitar had craftily slipped out a release of a new emulator and the site was deluged with downloaders causing it to crack under the strain. It seems this was entirely accurate, except the new emulator bit.

who the f*** wants to do a denial of service of poor old fruit-emu ???????
I really cant see the likes of Anonymous doing this, they have recruited some of the best hackers in the world. But some raggy little *unt does a quic DDOS, with the possibility of being traced....
its pathetic.

Theoretically it could be a major company targeting the site, As much at it is illegal its not like anyone here can prosecute the company if they where doing it.
But if it was an attack from a little skid, It should be targeting the backend server or the direct host ip which isn't exactly hard to get lol especially as its not hid, Luckily for us we are not a site that needs to be attacked. I mean Alex could invest in cloudflare but i wouldn't recommend this at it is 120£ a month.
Though if you do trace the IP address which attacked you, I'll be happy enough to Null his servers and botnet.
Anyway enough lingo now, Good to be back on... So whens DOND being released?

Good going guys, I noticed the site was down yesterday and I just thought it was our Wi-Fi having a bip. You know what servers are like? Well, glad we're all up and going again, so let's start a fresh for Summer 2015 lol. I have truly! Finished! RNC college! I can't wait to get the hell out of here and get to Great Yarmouth and see these arcades. Just having a party in my room listening to DJ Semtex on BBC 1Xtra on my new DAB. I also have no end of their sound effects and successfully have a dropbox account. Just wish I had a fruit machine and a few beers lol.

I thought it finally reached the end of an era and fruit-emu was calling it a day! people don't even bother posting birthday threads or the latestes celebrities to have died anymore.. can't pretend to be frustrated not being able to access the site
