Whenever I post a new topic all the options for setting of font size, smilies etc are greyed out for me - they are displayed on screen but not accessible. Also, when I type the words do not wrap around and just keep going in a big long line. Once I have posted it gets formatted for lien length, but I cannot use smilies or set the font. Thankfully it did not default to Lithograph.

It depends on OS and browser. On iPhone I have no editing options. On android tablet, can't remember if I have editing options or not but I certainly can't add smilies.
On Firefox on the PC all is well.

That's odd.
Just checked on tablet on the Mecca and I get the same thing - no edit bar at all.

The only current issue with the site that I'm aware of (other than minor niggles, and the payments system automation being more or less broken) is that the mobile template doesn't always display properly.

Clever man
Have a beer on me. Luckily firefox lets you zap the cookies for individual websites, so zapped all the f-e ones, which logged me out, I logged back in and hey-presto, we have smilies, text that wraps around and loads of other text options.
Cheers mate.
