Yeah I thought so!

I mean look at your layout on dadsfme here - http://www.dadsfme.c...hp?topic=2763.0

700+ page views, 20odd downloads but only 1 reply and you didn't kick off then lol

:D forgot i even made that layout. The point to my post was not for thanks gathering,it was more of a newbs take a look at the release thread and have a butchers before bogging off until another creator releases a layout.I'd never make a good politician with the way i word things ;)

I like this type of machine, but  It's a shame that it is door open only.

The quality is very good/excellent in most parts, but a shame that the font used in the feature board makes it difficult to read the features.

As for lack of comments, well FME is no longer fresh or new, it sounds bad, but a DX of a machine for a tech we already have, is not going to set the world on fire. I mainly download 1280 + res DX's, just because I have for the past 10 years or more and don't want to miss out.

In a way we have been spoilt rotten, with the amount of release we have had. I'm sure if we only had say 100 releases for FME over the years and releases were only once, every month or so, we would all still be chomping at the bit for every new release. But because of what we already have, it's a case of, yeah that's great, but I prefer at least 300 other machines in my collection and a dozen or so in the tech that the new release is for.

Perhaps downloads could in some way be linked to the release thread and until at least the like button in the release thread is clicked or a comment made to the release thread, it can't be downloaded.

I think we will see more comments about layouts, when the Epoch emu comes out, because it will be a fresh tech, with machines that we haven't had access to yet.and people will be discussing tips for machines and perhaps the odd I remember playing this when I was in college, down the pub etc, comments.

Totally pointless. The like button would just be a requirement for the download.... you may as well just look at the number of downloads you have and consider that your "thanks button" because it would be the exact same number.

Also who wants comments from people who are simply posting because it is compulsory for the download? Surely anyone who had contributed to a release would rather all the bullshit filtered out and read the genuine comments from people who are doing it out of choice. Else it's just completely meaningless words.

Sorry but whenever I ask for help or a question or comment in a thread most people don't bother answering/ignore it so to be totally honest cant be arsed in taking part in the forums anymore. However I will here because Tommy C deserves praise his layouts are always top notch and are always a joy to play.

I wouldn't suggest anything. I don't see a problem with the way it is right now.

This is now playable in V5.1

Needs to have data pak set to yes and the service switch set to 6.

If you don't know how, open layout, click on design from the menu bar, edit mode, open configuration and you'll see the option to change data pak from no to yes and the under switches change 16 to 6.

Smashing stuff.

Didn't bother to update the layout because ross is working on a 1080p so thought i'd leave it to him.

Hold the bells mate.
