Is it possible to adjust values in memory using MFME? I have a game which I developed years back, which doesn't run on the emu because there should be an external device attached to the "machine". I know what and where in memory I need to change for it to be disabled - but I can't seem to edit the memory values with the "Debug main board" window.

Can anyone help?

..yeah I've kind of done that. I'd expect to see the new value pop into the right location, and then let the emulator run again. But nothing happens at all. This is under 10.2.....

The device is a German data-collection unit. Basically one of the inputs on the Scorp 4 payout device plug is used as a busy line, and it needs to be held in a high state or the program thinks the machine is connected to the data-collection system, and the game won't work until it's "disconnected". By altering the value in memory I can disable the check for the unit...

..and hey presto, some of my old German machines will be playable on MFME :-)

So do I need a new MFME or something? Does 10.2 not allow you to do this?
