Hi All.

I recently got a machine which has an SR5 Mech.

For some reason it doesn't accept the 5ps but does return them so this isnt really a big problem.


But the fact that it also doesn't take £2 coins either and doesn't return them is !! It just routes them straight to the bottom cash bin.

Anyone know what the problem is?

Usually theres some other routing plugs with the mech, try putting a different one in. (Also while your their, press in the white tab (coin return) and pull out the part where the coins are scanned and clean it with a dry cloth. But please dont snap it as they are very fragile.)

You may need to "teach" it to recognise the coin or enable the channel associated with that coin if it anything like the cashflow 126 mech. I'm sorry I don't have the manual for the SR5. One of the engineers on here may have it on pdf

Oh heck Ive sorted it the reason it didnt work because the mech had been butchered!!
