Mpu5 Can You try this?

Excuse me for being thick here but i new to the fruitmachine emulation scene. To get MPU5 machines working cant you just encript the mpu3/4 emulater the same as the mpu5 is incripted amd then just load the layout and roms and hope it works. Once again sorry for being so thick.

I wish it was that simple. In answer to your question I am afraid the answer is no. The MPU3/4 Technology is completely different to MPU5

In the words of the Author of MFME

Yes, there is some "common ground" between the different technologies - some use the same CPU, or similar I/O devices. In the case of MPU5 however (and EPOCH and Heber), I understand that the design is quite different from the systems which came before them, so I don't think really that it's similar to MPU3 or 4 at all to be honest

pic and chr$ chips , rom size detection ,Post system,Reels have there own pcb,and cpu,bios the mpu5 have things like a built in mic by the audio output different power supply, hopper ,ect 2 much blinking code 2 get through
