Here's the completed DX for this old JPM machine called Big Buck$. It's a 1600 DX, so would look best at a resolution of 1600x1200, but it can also be played on MFME3.2 with the, "Rescale" option.

One thing worth mentioning, and that is some of the lamps will just go off, by themselves and won't come back on until the machine has been reset. This mainly happens on V3.2. Doesn't do it so much on V2. This only happens very occasionally, and doesn't affect the gameplay.

Adydb will soon be getting a 1280 version done, so if you can't get to a resolution of 1600x1200 you might be better off waiting for his version to be released! :)

Huge thanks goes out to Duane, for the roms. Player, for getting the roms dumped. Liam, for the reel images that were used, and also Spa for the flier. :)

Shortcuts for this, are:

Cancel - `
Hold/Nudge 1 - 1
Hold/Nudge 2 - 2
Hold/Nudge 3 - 3
Take It - T
Stake/Shuffle - S
Start - Space
Select - C
20p Insert - 9
£1 Insert - 0

Enjoy!

Stunning release Plog's......

A true machine from an era I know well, and I jumped at the chance of being able to make a lower res version.

This show's a release isn't single handed...and to wait and pull all together can create such a great Emu.

Duane, for the roms. Player, for getting the roms dumped. Liam, for the reel images that were used, and also Spa for the flier.

Just shows (to the newer guy's especially).............LOOK Ploggy does the business but gets support----on his release he still gives all his Kudos...

Don't be so quick to make a release guys....lets work together and make them good!

FME isn't in its early days now, theres plenty of different techniques around now...both graphical and the Emulators possible...

This is the pinnacle

PS kudos to Geddy as its his DVD flyer I have lol

There seems to be a problem with this when you go too far over the bank limit, (£10). If you're near to £10 limit in the bank, and then get a jackpot it will continuously keep paying out for some unknown reason. Either the rom is playing up, or the emulator is at fault.

I need to have another look at it and see if there's anyway of sorting it out. In the meantime, don't let it go too far over the bank limit whatever you do! :)

Thank you Ploggy - only managed to download it tonight.

Excellent DX as per usual, but echoing WAC the gameplay just isn't there for me. Perhaps too much anticipation - but always appreciate new layouts from you m8.

I said earlier in this thread about wanting to do a 1280....

This was 2 weeks ago I know and I did do a fair bit, in this time I have been on hol's and now have a few issues at home where I haven't really go the time to 'give my all'.

Anyone that wants to accept Plog's post re anyone doing a smaller version please do, its a great era and a fab machine.

I have added the flyer and also the background I was using, if you take it the 1280 up and can't see a 1600 i'll (or someone) will obviously move Plog's lamps up into view.
