hi dose anyone know where i can get an empire emulator. i try'd the roms with mfme 2.3 to 11.8 even try'd with bell fruit and jpm but no luck

Make sure you have the roms and layout in the same folder,
they should run ok in 10.1 emulator.
if it doesnt move, click config and change the SPEED till it does run

You cannot get an 'Empire Emulator' you can get an emulator that runs Empire machines if thats what you mean.

Depending on what machine you want to run most of the earlier Empires should be ok on MFME 3.2.

Bearing in mind this site does not host any Empire ROMS/Layouts.
