I used to own this actual machine in 1989 i think it was

and TBH i thought it was a pile of poo.... :(

What really killed it for me was the gamble cap at £5 or £10 depending on dip setting.

Not one of barcrests finest moments im afraid.

Looking forward to this one as a proper DX. I've played the PDX version quite a bit. I believe it was one of the first MPU4 clubbers from barcrest

It was the second clubber I ever played at Guildford uni in 1985....... shows how old I am!

I never got the jackpot. I remember putting in a quid, forgetting to "stake up" to "x4" and it dropping in bonus leap... got £50. I'm sure it would have given the £100 at x4

This is the actual flyer we are using.....

I see what you mean, several machines (similar in make-up) have that option after nudges ect....so unless there was 2 versions of this same machine with that small difference i'd say no.

God i have been racking my brains on this all night and even today,I am so convinced ours had £100 after 8 nudges. But as you say you have the flyer ady. I am happy 4 bells are £100 on this version tho,As i had the jackpot on 4 bells so often :)
