What do you mean Tommy? Is it a case that the symbols don't line up on the winline after spinning? Out of linement? Are you doing it in JPeMu or MFME? Maybe post what you have and someone may be able to help you.

Sounds like the reels are different to the normal 16 stops or 96 steps. Try and find a similar machine thats already been done and check the settings, or better still try and find a machine manual.

If your working in MFME2, click on a reel and the following box will appear. The boxes you'll need to mess with is....

'STOPS'. Usually, most modern machines have 16 stops. But older ones can have more like 20 or 25.

'OFFSET'. This gives the reels subtle changes that have a big effect and I reckon you should be looking here. The box says '0' usually. But you can change this. -4, -3, -2, -1, 0 ,1 ,2 ,3 ,4 are some of the values used.

'MOTOR STEPS' can upset how a reel performs. I'll leave this until last as I reckon it's an 'OFFSET' issue.

Also, try loading in some JPM layouts made for MFME and check out what settings are used for those. You may get lucky and find a game already using the correct settings you need.

I had the same thing as this trying to convert Jackpot Hi Roller to run on MFME from JPeMu. Reels would spin about three times perfectly ok and then go completly to cock. Tried allkinds of offsets and motor steps but couldn't get it going.

Hope Pook dont mind me posting this. But i think this is the problem tommydee has. Maybe an emu issue?

Thought as much lol Only use 10.1a or 9.0 for machines that require it. I suggest for all others use version 2.0 especially for designing.

As for the reels try 20 stops, 200 steps and -1 offset. Add those settings to the reels, save the layout and game, quit the emu then reload it all back in.

See if that works!

No, what I mean is did you add 20 (fruit) symbols to the reelbands. If you didn't and they were left at 16 (fruits) then they WOULD appear out of line even if the settings were correct.

What I do and I imagine most designers do is get the reels spot on using just numbers 1- 20 or 1 - 16 before adding fruit images.
