It could be a case of that but also could be a modified ROM not that hard to do with the right knowledge.

I have modded a few in my time although mostly to do with stake / prize

eg 25p £250 to £1 - £1000 etc

totally illegal out of the private sector tho i would think !

I dont see the point in having a machine perminatly on free play .. and i doubt its been PROFESIONALLY MODIFIED lol obviously sounds like someone who dont no anythin about them
