Hi guys,

I recently ran into issues with my Fruit Machine (Hog Money - Maygay/Eclipse).  Everything was working perfectly until I decided to re-program my coin mech to accept the new £1 coin.  I followed the SR5 re-program guide, the LED flashed as expected and I followed the programming guide carefully as per manual.  It functioned as expected with the new coin, guiding the coins into the hopper.  The fruit machine plays as expected, accepting the new coins (and others) for the correct credits, but problems arise when its time to pay-out.

When I press COLLECT the machine hangs for a second and displays 1.9 STRIM error and then displays an IOY ££ message, no coins are dispensed.

Initially I assumed its the coin mech but after replacing it with the C435A which accepts only the old £1 coins it came up with the same error (could there be a fault with both units?).

I have a (memory) battery pack hard wired off the EPOCH board (all boards were laquered), I have tried a memory reset by disconnecting the battery, but the issue still occurs with a memory error on boot-up (as expected).

I'm usually pretty good with these sort of things but this one has completely stumped me (to the point of going mad), has anyone else experienced this issue before?

Appreciate the advise and support!
