I could start adding the updated MFME6 layouts here if it's easier for the mods, no problem.  I'll just do ten, a day, otherwise I'll just be flooding the thread with layouts.  Bear in mind that the layouts I'll be uploading, here, go back to 2003, onward.  So some of them will look a bit tatty compared to today's layouts.

Fixes include:

Fixed Reel Offsets

Updated New Alphas

Updated Segs

New Reels/Overlays

Meter/Payout Sounds

Backgrounds Adjusted For Borderless Modes

And here are the first ten in alphabetical order:

2p Unlimited DX

777 Heaven DX

Actionbank DX (Newer Version)

Adders & Ladders DX (MPU5 Version)

Around The Board In 40 Days DX

Around The World Club DX

Bands Of Gold DX's (Added an extra version that I didn't orignally release)

Bar-Gain & Casino Classics

Big Buck$ DX

Big Banker DX (MPS Version)

If anyone has any problems, let me know. :)

Laptop returned so am good to go.

I just need a carer now to look after my partner and a good cleaner for my parents and then I can take a month off and enjoy all the slot treats  :notworthy:  :notworthy:

Must have taken you some time mate to get these all updated-pure dedication, hats off to you and all the creators who are /have updated releases. :notworthy:

Many thanks for all the fabulous re- releases.

Jay

Here's something a little different.  A DX for Road Hog's follow-up machine, Road Hog 2- I'm Back. Set to £10/25p/92% Considered doing this machine for ages, so decided to take the plunge and get it done.  Now, Road Hog, Road Hog 2, and Hot Rod are all done! 1.gif

The native resolution on this is quite large, so would suggest using 'Shrink To Fit', in MFME's options.  Use MFME6.1 to play.  Credits go out to tthe following people:

Mark8864 - For the original DX.

SPA - For the flier that was used. :)

The shortcuts for this are:

Cancel/Collect - `
Hold/Nudge - 1
Hold/Nudge/HI - 2
Hold/Nudge/LO - 3
Feature Exchange - E or F
Start/Gamble - Space
Accept Bid - A
Reject Bid - R
£1 Insert - 0

Have fun!

Thanks ploggy
Looking at the image above it looks like there's a few dual lamps like the mot pass fail and auction lamps,
have you considered blending the two lamps as one?

The lamps are side-on, so there was no need to blend them together.  I just stick to the old way of doing areas with multiple lamps, as it's easier.  The only time you'll see the lamps split is when you get the jackpot normally.

no probs looks great just put £7 in £40 out, like the way it gives you jackpot then "bonus win" another tenner

It's really happy from a factory reset on this.  That's why I released it like that.  It can give you multiple bonus wins on anything, so you could get £20 on a £5 blue seven win quite easily.  Plus you've got a slim chance of not getting game over when the police catch you up on the board.  Only slim though. :)

Why didn't you use a 7 Seg Block to do the Auction 7seg displays? Then you can set the angle of the whole lot to match the original exactly:

Because I didn't know what the 7 seg block did exactly.  Know I know what it does, I will.  Thanks for the info. :)

It can also be used to create the MPS2 led displays, as you can program which digits are visible in the array:

EDITED TO ADD:  Changed the auction segs to the 7 seg block, and it looks the business now.

Unable to edit the original layout, so folks will have to use this one instead.  Just overwrite the original layout with the new .fml file. :)

Yeah.  There are a few old layouts of mine that used the slopped segs.  I'll go back to them and see what I can do.  Thanks for the info, once again. :)

Cracking release mate.

Just a great shame this follow up does not live up to the original token release slot.

I never had a run of any kind on the Rhog 2 slot, either in the wild or on the emulator, but the original slot had some cracking runs on it.

Still a great game and a fab dx .

Many thanks to all involved with the release.

Jay

Done all the old JPM's with the slopped seven segs.  Tried doing them by just using one seven seg block for each machine, but they were always just out.  So I set them to four, individual, seven seg blocks.

Here are the three layouts that I did that used the slopped segs.  Copper Run, Hotpot and Reelcrazy.  I do plan on revisiting Reelcrazy with a better layout in the future.
