I watched yesterday put around £100 into a Skullduggery machine yesterday that was backing and he didn't get a single board, even if he did get a win from the fruits he was always killed straigh off gambling the hi/lo for the exachange

I was even stupid enough to try a tenner myself once he'd walked away and did manage a board but first roll landed on a ? and it was game over

Is it normal for these machines to play so bad?

It was at a holiday park and never seen this one before, the machine next to it, Club Bonanza was playing well took £330 (£80 from feature followed straight away by £250 jp) out for about £70

Doesn't this do what carry on screaming does when battery leak?
3-5-2 dead. No matter what the board will always kill you.

sounds like they fill the hopper up once someone wins a jp

my last employer did this to the machines in the canteen so that people think it due a decent win but robs the shit out of you.

always on the scrounge for freebies.

I thought it was the norm for machines to 'fake back' these days!!!  ie when a new punter comes along they back for £5-£10 or so then start redirecting to the hopper

You don't really see it tbh. On a full Barcrest cab, once you win anything the machine will take that win back to the hopper and start dropping again.

most machines nowadays are on live hopper mode so all £1coins will go into the hopper even if it is full.

I did ask the bloke behind the bar if either had been refiled recently and he said no its managed by an off site company, how true this is I don't know

If it were would it usually have a company logo on there somewhere or a little sticker anything an engineer would sign and date to say its been looked at and all is ok

Think these machines are a few years old now so if ram had gone funny does it need replacing or just simple reset?

Probably just needs battery replacement.
