Not sure what your problem is Bri (please don't post it).

I would though ask the CAB or pop onto Guv.co.uk rather than ask advice that's mabey going to alter your life on an open forum mate.

We can all give a reply, whether that's correct or not it won't stand should it be dodgy.

An example is, "Yeah I know what's up?"

"I have been employed for Six months and I have been layed-off"

"Now thats bad....after 6 months you are on-the-books"

--------------------------------

I haven't a clue, but If I was you (as said) i'd seek professional advice on the most basic question so-as not to screw yourself up.

ACAS have helped me through numerous problems at work, including a big case recently which was settled out of court recently thanks to their Consiliation process.

I like that reply rocky, you gave no advice but provided a pointer.

Come from a Union background myself, and been at the raw end quite a few times (Harassment which caused a serious mental breakdown)..... First port of call if you are not in a union, is contact ACAS, or if that option is not available, CAB.

Whilst we can give general pointers (Like never go in for a disciplinary interview on your own), you are always best seeking help from a well placed professional, and not discuss employment issues on a public forum.
