Default Red Alert JpeMu 1.45-JPeMu 1.46

Hurtand165 and Myself was planning to do a WDX 1024 of Red Alert.
There are a couple of problems:
1. No design Mode In JPeMu 1.45
2. I have PMed duplu (who is now fed up of me PMing him for the same thing! ) and tried what he said it didnt work.
His idea was try and load the ROMS into JPeMu 1.46 and try and get that into design mode and there you go we have a Red Alert in JPeMu 1.46.
Both Hurtand165 and Myself have tried this a repeated number of times and all we get its a grey screen.
Even the alpha doesnt display anything.

Please if you have any ideas on how to get this to work then please post here and let us know how to do it.
Thanks

what exactly are you trying to load into 1.46?
Are you loading the classic layout and then grey screening?
or loading the new artwork, roms, and then grey screening?
or are you trying to rip the reels from the classic ????

are u running xp/me/2k /??

let me know and i will see what i can come up with..

As Johnnyafc mentioned, all JPeMu 1.45 layouts including the roms are encrypted.

How creating layouts worked on the JPM platform, was that selected scene members had version 1.46 which contained design tools allowing for layout creation. The public version was 1.45 that had no tools. A completed layout designed on 1.46 was then sent to Dialtone, the emulators creator, and the layout was encrypted by him allowing it to run on the public emu. Once encrypted, it no longer worked on 1.46, exclusively working on 1.45. Thats why layouts must be loaded into the correct version of JPeMu to avoid the files/layout becoming corrupt.
