any ideas? tried winrar as well...still no go

"fmeiw.zip: Unexpected end of archive" is the message it comes up with.
also says "if u downloaded this file, try downloading again...." which i did....still no go
Tried looking in downloads for just a jpm emulator and cant see one there....hmmmm
