It has been 20 months to the day since 13X produced his first layout for M1Adness, Casino Royale. Now we are proud to release his second layout, Club Coronation Street, and our thanks go to 13X for another excellent classic. This is a Maygay club machine with a ?250 Jackpot, and is presented in classic form. The layout is presented in a similar style to the previous layout by 13X, so if you enjoyed the previous work then you are in for an additional treat with this o?neThe machine itself is based o?n a very similar structure to BFM Cops and Robbers, with a hi-lo cash gamble, twin exchange points, a superboard and a main feature consisting of cash/feature squares. Although we couldnt possibly comment o?n just how similar the machines are, it doesnt take a genius to see the similarities between the two, even down to the wintableThe machine itself is enjoyable to play, although what really lets it down is the artifically blocked gamble at ?25. Overall the machine makes good use of sampled sound, and gameplay is enhanced with the addition of feature corners, where the value of the feature will increase each time you successfully navigate the feature board. Generally however there is a greater chance of exiting the superboard with a low win than o?n BFM C&R.Although released with a new ram file, as is often commented in FME club machines can take a significant amount of investment from new until they reach a more settled period of play. It is therefore a nice touch that you will find a subdirectory with the layout containing a pre-worn RAM/GAM file, with approximately ?800 already invested in the machine. If you would prefer to take advantage of a more worn state, just copy the RAM and GAM files over those in the install directory.Additional thanks for this layout go to Gary for dumping the roms used in this release, and Bugs Bunny / Pete_W for additional testing. You may also be pleased to hear that although designed for MFMEv2.0, playing this layout o?n MFME3beta2 does not appear to affect the reels in this case, although the ?1 input button will now be squareWe hope you enjoy this release.
