Pub mode will generally play evenly and steady.
Arcade mode will take more then give out for a bit and normally be below percentage but them dropping a big streak to bump it back up.
LBO mode is only to make the lights more subtle so in LBOs(liscenced betting offices) it doesnt put the punters off watching the horses
